무언가가 움직이면 그림은 경로가 됩니다: to, into, onto, through, across, along.

at / to
She is at the gate. She walks to the gate.
in / into
The cat is in the box. It jumps into the box.
on / onto
The cup is on the shelf. It falls onto the floor.
at, in, on
|---|---|
| The students are waiting at the museum. |
| The students are in the museum. |
| There is a flag on the museum. |
| Leave it at the front desk. |
| There is a pen in the desk. |
| at | on | in |
|---|---|---|
| at 25 Hill Road (전체 주소) | on Hill Road (도로 이름만) | in the city center, in Brazil |
| at the corner (두 길이 만나는 모퉁이) | on the second floor | in the corner (방의 구석) |
| at the top of the page | on page 40, on the menu | in the book, in the photo |
두 길이 만나는 모퉁이는 at the corner이지만, 방의 구석은 in the corner입니다.
at, in, on은 시간에도 쓰이며(at 6:00, on Monday, in June), 점, 요일, 더 긴 기간이라는 비슷한 논리가 있습니다.
